Presbyterian Medical Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead operations at our Kaseman Behavioral Medicine Clinic. This leadership role is responsible for the day-to-day management of clinic operations, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and employee engagement.
The Clinic Manager partners closely with providers, behavioral health leaders, and support staff to create a collaborative, patient-centered environment that promotes access to high-quality behavioral healthcare services. This position is instrumental in driving operational excellence while supporting Presbyterian's mission to improve the health of the patients, members, and communities we serve.
The Clinic leader coordinates and manages clinic workflow activities and staff to achieve continuous and optimal patient care. Oversee operational aspects of provider practice to ensure clinical quality and financial viability. Responsible for day-to-day operations of clinic practice within a single department and 30 or less staff FTEs.
