This position entails the oversight of staff members in the office clinic, Practice Triage Nurses, Clinical Coordinators and Medical Assistants. The position works closely with the physicians of the practice to oversee operations connected with these areas and manages resources and issues accordingly. The position plans and implements various large clinical projects as needed. This position also works closely with other departments to provide for the seamless care of the patient and general operational needs of Baptist Health.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:
Minimum of five years’ experience in an Ob/Gyn office preferred.
Minimum of three years of prior leadership role preferred.
Must have current valid KY RN license.
Must have BSN or Master’s Degree in Healthcare field or in Management
BLS required.
Working knowledge of E.H.R. systems preferred
