300 - 795500 PPP - Physician AdministrationThe Clinic LPN will deliver patient care in accordance with licensure guidelines and will support daily clinical operations to ensure efficient clinic function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate clinic operations, including scheduling patient appointments and maintaining provider schedules.
• Prepare medical records and documentation for provider review.
• Support provider efficiency by ensuring timely completion of notes and billing documentation.
• Document patient assessments and care accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Communicate abnormal findings and changes in patient condition to appropriate clinical staff.
• Assist with departmental policy development and compliance with billing requirements.
• Support clinical workflow improvements aligned with quality reporting standards.
• Perform clinical tasks within scope of licensure, following safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
1. Current licensure to practice as an LPN in Louisiana is required.
2. One (1) year of physician office practice experience is preferred.
3. Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
4. Familiarity with professional billing is preferred.
