Help children thrive while leading clinical excellence
At Each, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to participate fully in everyday life. Our NDIS Children's Therapy Support Services team partners with children, families and communities to build confidence, capability and meaningful outcomes that last beyond therapy sessions.
As our Occupational Therapy Clinical Lead, you'll play a dual role as an experienced clinician and trusted leader. You'll support children with developmental delay and disability to achieve their goals while coaching and mentoring Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed care. This is an opportunity to shape both individual outcomes and service excellence, creating positive change for children, families and clinicians alike.
