Job Description

Seeking a dynamic part-time clinical leader to direct an Outpatient Mental Health treatment center in Hollywood Florida that treats children, adults and families with a specialization in family-centered treatment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to a team of prescribers, therapists, and support staff
  • Oversee case assignment and ongoing high quality treatment of children and adults producing measurable outcomes in treatment
  • Enhance program reach and quality by implementing innovative programming and training for staff
  • Conduct community outreach, engage with community stakeholders and develop specialized programming based on community needs
  • Maintain expert knowledge in agency and oversight body regulatory protocol

Qualifications:

  • LCSW, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD level clinical licensure required
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical mental health experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory, leadership, or administrative position
  • Prior experience with Community Mental Health (CMHC) or DCF contracted behavioral health clinics
  • Strong administrative and clinical skills required
  • Must be able to work well in a team setting

Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and health insurance. Eligibility for all benefits is based on hours worked, employment classification, and fulfillment of applicable waiting periods and plan requirements. This Part time position is 17 ½ hours per week and is located in Hollywood, Florida.

Salary: $80,000-$90,000
