The Role:

At Ivy Rehab, a Clinic Director (CD)isessentially theCEO of their space. This hybrid role is designed for an experienced clinician who wants to balance high-quality, hands-on patient care with team leadership, clinical mentorship, and business operations. Backed by Ivy's extensive corporate support network, you will manage daily clinic operations, mentor staff clinicians, own your clinic's financial health, and build strong referral relationships within your local community.

Compensation:

• $100,000 to $120,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)

• Competitive Director bonus plan(startingat $6K potentialannually)

• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certainopportunities (up to$10K)

How to be successful in this role:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
