Director of Internal Medicine & Wound Care, providing operational leadership across our Internal Medicine practices and Wound Care services.
This role requires a leader who can work with a high degree of autonomy, understands the operational realities of ambulatory practice, and can move work forward without requiring constant direction. Strong critical thinking, prioritization, follow-up, and follow-through are essential.
The Director will partner closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and the broader Physician Operations team to support high-quality care, strong patient access, provider and staff engagement, and efficient day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be comfortable making decisions, asking the right questions, identifying risks, and ensuring work is carried through to completion.
