A Day in the Life
As a Clinic Coordinator, you will coordinate the daily operations of the front office and clinical support staff.
Ensuring exceptional patient experiences in our ambulatory practices.
Monitors attendance, overtime, PTO and work utilization.
Plans non-provider work schedule and assigns work.
Keep the tone conversational and approachable so it’s easy for candidates to picture themselves in the role.
What’s Required
Minimum two years (2) of progressively increased responsibility in a clinic or health related office setting.
Must be a self-starter, have superior organizational skills and attend to detail.
Able to function responsibility in a minimally supervised work situation and to utilize proven decision making and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Certified Medical Assistant with one year (1) of experience. Associate Degree / In lieu of an Associate's Degree, directly related experience may be accepted.
