The Clinic Coordinator assists leadership at the Center of Child Family Psychology (CCFP), which is the Clinical Ph.D. program’s on-campus psychology clinic that provides therapy and assessment services to members of the Denver-area community. They perform the following duties (including but not limited to): managing new client inquiries and conducting intake calls for the CCFP’s Developmental Neuropsychology Clinic, managing billing processes and tracking revenue, scheduling client sessions and clinic rooms, scheduling and supervising timecards of clinical work study students, ordering supplies, upkeeping the electronic record system (i.e. Titanium), managing client databases, liaising with community partners, and other duties as assigned. The Clinic Coordinator is an integral part of the CCFP staff, as they often are the first point of contact with potential new clients and a frequent source of ongoing communication for established clients. They also work closely with graduate student clinicians, psychology faculty, and department staff to enact CCFP policies and processes.

Hourly Range:
The hourly range for the position is $24.00-$26.00.
