As a front‑facing role in a medical‑cannabis clinic, you will regularly support patients who may be distressed, frustrated or reactive. At times, interactions can be challenging, and situations may escalate quickly. You’ll need resilience, composure and confidence to navigate difficult behaviour while maintaining a safe, respectful and professional clinic environment.

As this clinic is located within a major shopping centre, availability for late‑night trading hours and weekends is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Answer calls and respond to patient enquiries
• Verify patient details and process payments
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

What You Bring

• Resilience, emotional steadiness and the ability to remain professional during difficult behaviour, escalations and unpredictable situations
• A naturally personable, energetic and welcoming presence, you enjoy helping people and creating a great experience
• 1–2 years of customer service in retail, hospitality, call centres or similar fast‑paced environments
• Clear, confident communication across phone, in‑person and digital channels
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly, switching between phone, computer, walk‑ins and patient support
• Strong technology proficiency, ideally with booking or CRM systems
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods while supporting clinic and front‑of‑house operations
