What You’ll Do
Provide ABA therapy in a clinic setting
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Collect data, complete progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor
Support children in building meaningful life and social skills
Requirements
Experience working with children with special needs
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation required
Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication
Visual acuity to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation
Must be physically present at the job location 20 – 30 hours per week.
Able to comply with practice policies and procedures and the ethical guidelines of RBTs.
Must be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
Must exhibit satisfactory manual dexterity, auditory, and visual skills.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 50lbs.
