Company Background:

We are representing our client in the medical industry in their search for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join their growing team as a Clinic Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Keep all areas, including treatment rooms and equipment storage, clean and tidy.
• Check regularly that all tools are safe, working, and fully stocked.
• Track and refill medical supplies to avoid shortages.
• Work with the procurement team to order needed items on time.
• Operate treatment machines as directed by the TCM Practitioner.
• Assist Practitioners during treatments and ensure patients feel safe and comfortable.
• Look after patients in the treatment area with care and professionalism.
• Answer patient questions about services, products, and treatments clearly.
• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, making sure all info is correctly recorded.
• Keep accurate records of treatments and patient interactions.
• Explain treatment plans and aftercare clearly to patients and their families.
• Help them understand their health conditions and how to follow care instructions.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay to effectively communicate with a diverse group of patients and customers.
• Welcome fresh graduates - SPM Leaver.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the needs of the clinic.
• On-the-job training is available to support your development.
