Novant Health is seeking a Clinical Administrator to lead the operations and strategic growth of a unique aesthetic practice. This is not a traditional medical office management role. We are seeking an experienced, business-minded leader with a strong understanding of aesthetics, customer experience, sales, marketing, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an aesthetic practice, med spa, cosmetic/wellness, luxury service, or similar customer-focused environment and understand what drives patient loyalty, revenue, and practice growth.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and strategic growth of the aesthetic practice.
• Develop strategies to increase patient acquisition, retention, sales, and revenue.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, expenses, payroll, and purchasing.
• Develop and support marketing, promotions, community outreach, and growth initiatives.
• Monitor business and operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
• Partner with providers and leadership to implement strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Novant Health policies, regulatory standards, safety, and infection prevention practices.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience in an aesthetic practice, med spa, cosmetic/wellness, luxury service, or similar environment strongly preferred.
• Experience with sales, marketing, financial management, and revenue growth preffered.
