The Clinic Administrator serves as the operational lead for the behavioral health practice and is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, staff supervision, patient experience, business functions, and administrative performance. This role partners closely with clinical and operational leadership to ensure efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and strong employee engagement within the outpatient behavioral health setting.
