About Us

  Oversee patient billing processes, including verifying insurance coverage, processing payments, and managing accounts receivable.

  Manage appointment scheduling, including confirming and rescheduling appointments.
• 
  Maintain accurate financial records, including daily transactions and deposits

  Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• 
  Coordinate and ensure efficient patient flow and clinic operations.
• 
  Order and manage office and medical supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.

  Assist with the implementation and improvement of administrative processes and procedures.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration
  , Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• 
  Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role, preferably in an eye care clinic or similar setting
• 
  Business development

  is an added advantage
• 
  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• 
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  Proficiency in medical billing and coding
• 
  Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and practice management software
• 
  Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• 
  Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
• 
  Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
