Westside Children’s Therapy is opening a brand-new clinic in Peoria, Illinois and we’re looking for a passionate Clinic ABA Director (BCBA) to lead and inspire our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership skills, helping shape the culture and success of a brand-new location from the very start.

You’ll mentor a team of dedicated BCBAs and RBTs, provide high-quality ABA services, and partner with other disciplines to ensure every child receives the best care possible.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of BCBAs and RBTs, providing mentorship, supervision, and support.
- Manage scheduling to ensure balanced caseloads and strong BCBA coverage.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress.
- Support RBTs through training, coaching, and supervision.
- Maintain a targeted caseload of 22 therapy hours/week, blending leadership with hands-on clinical work.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
- Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
- 3+ years of BCBA experience in a clinic setting
- 1+ years of experience supervising RBTs
