Job Duties: Improve data quality: Implement methods to enhance data reliability and quality. Convert raw data: Collect, manage, and convert raw data into usable information for data scientists and business analysts to interpret clinical data. Develop database architecture: Design and maintain database architecture and data processing systems. Test and maintain data infrastructure: Architect, build, test, and maintain data infrastructure using cloud-based systems. Implement AI/ML models: Assist data scientists or statisticians in model fitting and other optimizations related to data quality.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Mathematics, Business Analytics or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Clinical Data Engineer-related occupation.
Position requires experience with:
1. ETL development and optimization;
2. Data Migration;
3. Data Pipelines development;
4. Design Database and data storage; and
5. Building analytics using R Shiny and Tableau
