What You'll Do

• Climb and prune with precision. Perform tree pruning, tree removal, shrub pruning, mulch installation, and stump grinding on client properties.
• Operate like a pro. Handle small engine equipment including chainsaws, shears, string trimmers, and more.
• Own the client experience. Communicate clearly with clients about the services being performed and what to expect — leaving every property and every customer in great shape.
• Work hard, together. Thrive in a team environment while also being able to get things done independently when needed.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Good physical ability and comfort working at heights
• Safety focus and a team-first attitude
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and push/pull objects while walking 3+ miles per day
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license required; CDL holder or ability to obtain a CDL is a strong plus
• Heavy equipment experience is a bonus — clam truck, bucket truck, or aerial truck experience highly valued
• Ability to obtain DOT certification
