The Foundation works to improve the quality of life of vulnerable communities through integrated and sustainable programmes in education, health, agriculture, economic inclusion, women’s empowerment, early childhood development, and civil society strengthening.
At OHF, we believe meaningful work creates lasting impact. We are looking for individuals who are committed, curious, and passionate about contributing to resilient and inclusive communities.
The Climate Resilience Manager will provide strategic and technical leadership for the design, integration, and implementation of climate resilience and environmental sustainability initiatives across OHF programmes in Aswan.
The role will position climate resilience as a cross-cutting priority across sectors including livelihoods, food systems, natural resource management, youth engagement, women’s empowerment, water stewardship, biodiversity conservation, and community resilience.
The position will lead efforts to strengthen the resilience of vulnerable communities facing climate-related risks such as water scarcity, ecosystem degradation, heat stress, and economic vulnerability through community-driven and climate-smart approaches.
The role will also support the integration of climate resilience into OHF programmes, partnerships, operations, and resource mobilization efforts while strengthening OHF’s positioning within Egypt’s climate and sustainable development landscape.
