JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Client Advisor to join our Burberry team at La Vallée Village, where you will create personalised and memorable client experiences that reflect our heritage and modern luxury positioning. As a trusted brand ambassador, you will build meaningful relationships with both new and existing clients, supporting commercial success through service excellence. This role is integral to bringing Burberry’s craftsmanship, creativity and product expertise to life in every client interaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver a personalised and elevated client experience, tailored to individual preferences and needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, driving loyalty and repeat engagement.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including styling and storytelling across collections.
  • Contribute to store performance by achieving individual and team sales goals.
  • Maintain visual standards and support a welcoming, well-presented store environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and store leadership to enhance the overall client journey.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within luxury retail or a premium service environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build authentic, lasting connections.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, styling and the luxury sector.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team.
  • Confidence in delivering personalised service and adapting to different client needs.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development of product and brand knowledge.
