KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Database Management:

Ensure the quality, consistency, and enrichment of the customer database.

Support data structuring and segmentation effective clienteling actions.

Clienteling Strategy Execution:

Translate CRM strategy into actionable clienteling initiatives.

Support frontline teams in leveraging customer insights and promote a personalized approach.

Target the relevant client pool to support the planning and execution of activation initiatives (events, outreach).

Manage activation calendars and coordinate cross-functional execution.

Performance Tracking & Analysis:

Analyze engagement and retention KPIS (repurchase rate, frequency, average basket).

Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Act as a key point of contact between boutique, markets, marketing and commercial teams.

Ensure alignment and consistency across all CRM initiatives and disseminate best practices, best practices and support adoption of clienteling tools and processes.

PROFILE & SKILLS

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- 3–7 years of experience in CRM, clienteling, or customer engagement roles

- Experience in retail, luxury, or premium environments is a strong advantage

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Customer-centric mindset with a strong attention to detail

- Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Experience with CRM systems Salesforce & The View

- Proficiency in Excel or similar analytical tools

- Proactive and hands-on approach

- Strong sense of ownership and accountability

- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment

- Detail-oriented with a focus on execution excellence
