Job Description
The Client Treasury Associate will support the implementation of treasury management solutions for business clients. This role involves collaborating with the Business Development Manager to understand client needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring smooth product implementation and ongoing support. This position reports to the Business Development Manager.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with the Business Development Manager on client proposals.
- Conducting research on client needs and developing relationship review materials.
- Understanding clients' treasury structures and objectives.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and product implementation.
- Assisting with initiating money movement for approved client transactions and product purchases after obtaining the necessary approvals.
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals, financial reviews, and other client-facing reports.
- Monitoring bank account opening, maturing of products, renewal and/or closing of accounts/products and communicating next steps to the appropriate resource so that the transaction can be completed efficiently and timely.
- Generating and analyzing financial reports related to cash flow, liquidity, and other treasury functions.
- Supporting audit requests and providing data for other forms of analysis.
- Assisting with the sales process as noted above, as well as providing insight into current partner bank products.
- Stay up to date on current financial events that may affect partner bank product offerings.
- Participating in special projects related to treasury and center functions.
- Developing and maintaining treasury department resources.
- Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Education and Experience
- Previous directly related or closely related experience is desired.
- Experience in banking or with partners of banking institutions is desired.
- Bachelors degree in BBA or Finance.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of treasury management principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
