The Client Transitions Analyst (“CTA”) is a member of the APAC Client Operations team, part of the broader Global Operations group. The role supports the execution of client transition events.
The CTA supports the operational execution of new mandate fundings, terminations, asset‑in‑kind flows, and product or portfolio changes, with a strong focus on operational risk management and control. The role works closely with Client Group teams, Client Integration Managers, Investment Services, Technology, and other functional partners to deliver a consistent and well‑controlled transition experience. This includes acting as an operational liaison across internal teams and coordinating extensively with external parties such as custodian banks, third‑party administrators, outsourcing providers, vendors, and transition managers. A significant portion of the role involves cross‑functional coordination and communication to ensure transition events are executed accurately, on time, and in line with the firm’s risk framework.
The role is inherently cross‑functional and varied, requiring strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, a collaborative mindset, and a practical approach to improving complex operational processes.
