Client Technical Support Officer

We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join as a Client Technical Support Officer for a 6 months Secondment Role in the Commercial Business Unit Reporting to the Operations Manager the Client Technical Support Officer (CTSO) will be responsible for co-ordinating and resolving matters of technical nature referred to/from the client for attention.

Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Liaising with clients regarding disputes, account enquiries and ensuring client specific security standards are being maintained when transmitting data.
  • Actioning of incoming correspondence
  • Updating file details, balance adjustments and reversals
  • Following up any settlement offers forwarded for client approval
  • Recommending appropriate legal action when/if required
  • Regular communication with clients on day to day transactional tasks that support the operating functions between recoveriescorp and its clients.
  • Assisting with or preparing regular reports/registers to clients
  • Ensuring Service Level Agreements are adhered to
  • Assisting the Account Lead Melbourne & Assistant Operations Manager (CBU) with the proactive management of portfolio’s through effectively using internal reports including but not limited to spin down, status summary reports, FAR’s
  • Assisting the leadership group with system process changes and testing

To secure this opportunity you will have:

  • Ability to produce, interpret, analyse and report data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent questioning skills
  • High level of emotional and mental stability and personal resilience, ability to effectively manage stress and pressure
  • Confidence to take charge and deal with disputes, escalations and client enquiries until resolved
  • Results orientated and highly motivated to achieve goals and targets
  • A high degree of emotional self-awareness and control and doesn’t take things personally
  • Assertive and confident but not aggressive or arrogant
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and standards of excellence, a strong focus on quality
  • Demonstrates the values and behaviours of the business
