As a Technical Implementation Analyst/Associate within Client Onboarding and Services (COS), you coordinate product implementation, testing, and migration activities for treasury solutions. You partner with internal teams and client technology teams to ensure accurate setup, validation, and deployment of products. You manage multiple concurrent implementation requests while delivering high-quality client service and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate product implementation, setup, testing, and production migration activities.
- Manage client expectations by establishing timelines and maintaining documentation.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate ownership by ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Resolve implementation issues and escalate concerns in a timely manner.
- Identify process gaps, exceptions, and recommend effective solutions.
- Facilitate requirement discussions to understand client implementation needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external technology teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Perform file validation, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
- Execute multiple implementation projects independently with minimal supervision.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Apply analytical thinking and attention to detail when solving complex issues.
- Manage multiple work requests effectively with strong organizational skills.
- Utilize expertise in Mainframe Testing and file formats such as ISO, X12, and BAI2.
- Interpret ISO 20022, EDI, XML, or related message standards.
- Perform System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing activities.
- Hold a degree in Engineering with 5+ years of banking, financial services, or treasury implementation experience.
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of U.S. and Canada treasury products.
- Leverage experience in technical product implementation environments.
- Utilize workflow automation tools such as UiPath or other RPA platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Support evening or night shift operations when required.
