As a Client Service Officer, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences, supporting Client Managers with precision, efficiency, and care. You’ll help strengthen relationships across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring every interaction adds value. A role you will love
You’ll support Client Managers to deliver accurate, timely client support, managing both scheduled and ad hoc tasks. Assist in building strong client relationships, support retention and growth, and contribute to managing risk and identifying commercial opportunities all in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Deliver all Client Support tasks efficiently, accurately, and within agreed timelines, ensuring correct charging in line with agreed tariffs.
Provide day-to-day support to Client Managers and act as a key point of contact for clients, brokers, shareholders, and internal teams—handling queries with professionalism and care.
Proactively support client teams with routine and ad hoc projects, including new client setup, mailing matrices, and archiving activities.
Take ownership of personal development while supporting and mentoring less experienced colleagues, collaborating effectively across the team and sharing knowledge where required.
Maintain strong governance by supporting compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements, regularly reviewing and improving processes, and identifying efficiencies across the wider business.
Manage risk and ensure accuracy in financial processes, including reconciliation of Issued Share Capital, processing allotments and buybacks within deadlines, and escalating and resolving discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
