Due to ongoing client growth and internal promotions within the company, we are currently looking for a Client Support Officer to help support our existing team in providing exceptional round the clock service to our clients.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, with a strong customer centric approach to support external and internal stake holders via effective, professional & accurate management of all incoming communications. They will also be instrumental in supporting the delivery of quality service to all AusHealth clients, by managing various pre-planned & ad hoc testing sessions in line with all standard processes and procedures.
