We are looking for a full-time Wealth Client Support Team Lead that will play a vital role in supporting our business goals and overall vision. Summary:
This role leads the Wealth Client Support team across all markets with a focus on providing an exceptional client experience and will also perform a variety of tasks including processing account transactions effectively, helping resolve client concerns or issues in a timely fashion, developing and following proper procedures to minimize errors, and working with other areas of wealth. Client Support Lead is expected to build great rapport with Oakworth associates & clients, effectively manage Client Support Specialists, and be a strong team player who takes pride in performing well and enjoys helping others.
Key Roles/Responsibilities:
- Lead, Manage, hold Accountable client support including supporting their training and development needs.
- Provide exceptional service to clients and associates.
- Provide sales, processing, operational, and administrative support to Client Advisors, primarily to accounts at Oakworth Asset management.
- Work closely with the Wealth Business Services team and Wealth Leadership to prioritize, develop and implement projects to enhance client advisor and client experience.
- Own Wealth Client Support-specific Policies and Procedures Manual and Associate Training Manual.
Responsibility Details:
- Lead/manage Oakworth wealth client support team, including supporting their training and development needs.
- Own Wealth Client Support-specific policies and procedures.  Ensure accuracy and updates are completed as needed.
- Partner with Director of Wealth Business Services to update overall Wealth policies and procedures.
- Partner with Wealth Compliance Officer to provide information for all audits, compliance reviews, and regulator requests.
- Serve as primary liaison between other departments and the client support team, fostering communication and collaboration.
- Work closely with the Wealth Business Services team and Wealth Leadership to prioritize, develop and implement projects to enhance client advisor and client experience.
- Identify gaps in procedures and execution of wealth processes across all markets for accuracy and efficiency across wealth business.
- Using independent discretion and judgement will approve the release of available client funds.
- Serve as the first line of defense for fraud detection and maintenance of accurate records.
- Answer and respond to all incoming client calls and requests for account maintenance, disbursements, etc.
- Maintain accurate current and complete client records, obtain necessary documentation for change requests.
- Successfully onboard new client relationships utilizing 3,3,3.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Four-year college degree preferred; five plus years related experience and/or training.
- No certifications are required.  Series 65 preferred.
- Previous experience in professional client service.
- Strong leadership skills; previous leadership/training experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism with confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow with minimal guidance.
- Experience on FIS/AddVantage, Black Diamond, custodian platform and other wealth technology tools preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail.
