About the Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Client Support and Data Management Officer to join our growing team in Toowoomba, QLD.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected industry leader supporting livestock producers, breed societies and key industry stakeholders across Australia. You'll combine your passion for agriculture with customer service and data management in a role that helps shape the livestock sector.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, breed societies and key industry stakeholders;
• Maintain client and livestock data in industry databases and software systems;
• Provide high-quality customer support to key stakeholders;
• Gather market insights on market trends, new products and innovation;
• Liaise with breed societies, universities and industry organisations;
• Support clients in using industry databases and software systems &
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in data quality and customer service processes.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

We're seeking someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about the livestock industry. To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Qualifications in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business and/or demonstrated experience within the livestock industry;
• Experience in genetics, livestock management, and/or livestock farming;
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
• Excellent attention to detail with demonstrated data entry experience;
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities;
• The ability to quickly learn new software;
• Commitment to operate according to WHS requirements &
• A sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite

Desirable Criteria

• Data entry and or hands on experience working with breeding programs/software &
• Sound knowledge of the bovine and/or ovine industry.
