We’re looking for a Japanese-English Bilingual Client Success Specialist to help both our clients and lso our sales team for the smooth operations

  • Customer-facing role supporting clients across the APAC region, based in Tokyo
  • Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate throughout the client lifecycle
  • Manage client onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing support
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and successful adoption of products and services
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Technical, Operations, and Data teams
  • Support client reviews, discussions, and continuous service improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate client information and stay current on product updates and roadmaps

Requirements:

  • Experience in client success, account support, or B2B service delivery
  • Background working in an international or regional environment preferred
  • Strong customer focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally and in multicultural teams
  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Additional APAC language skills (e.g., Korean or Chinese) are a plus
