Job Description

We are hiring for this position out of our Toronto office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance.

About the role:

The Client Success Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Business Development and Client Success teams at Peoples Group. This role ensures smooth coordination of sales activities, accurate documentation, and effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About the day-to-day:

  • Prepare, file, and retrieve sales-related documents (e.g., due diligence submissions, assessment forms, NDAs).
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for Business Development and Account Management teams.
  • Draft and manage account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, reports, proposals, and client correspondence.
  • Participate in client meetings and conference calls, contributing to document discussions and maintaining CRM updates.
  • Maintain current work-in-progress records and archives of past project information.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre- and post-sales service.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Develop and document onboarding processes in Confluence and maintain these pages.
  • Create and maintain reports and sales pipeline updates for executive leadership and senior sales team members.

About the qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales environment.
  • Strong administration and coordination skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service and sales standards.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), LawVu, and other platforms.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable attending in-person meetings and sales-related events.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • A combination of education and experience is considered; Master’s degree preferred.

About the work environment:

Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home. Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start/end times.

Hiring process:

Compensation:

The expected salary for this role is approximately $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
