About the Role

We're looking for someone to own the customer journey after the sale — onboarding, training, follow-ups, and making sure clients get real value from our software.

You'll work closely with sales, product, accounting, and leadership to build and run the processes that keep customers successful and renewing

What You'll Do

• Direct the onboarding process for new customers — training, setup, early check-ins
• Run regular follow-ups to catch and solve problems before customers churn.
• Coordinate across teams when issues come up and make sure the right people are involved
• Build and improve workflows — not just follow a checklist, but make it better
• Follow through until issues are resolved and nothing falls through the cracks
• Report what's working, what's not, and what needs attention

Requirements

What you are

• You have experience coordinating people, processes, or projects across different teams
• You don't wait to be told what to do — you spot gaps, ask questions, and move things forward
• You naturally look for what's missing: the question nobody asked, the person who needs to be involved, or the issue that could become a bigger problem
• You're methodical, organized, and strong at following through
• You have excellent written and spoken English
• Your career shows stability and a genuine interest in this type of work
