  • Partner with the Partnerships lead to build and maintain centralized views of account-level information, such as licensed products, renewal dates, and current spend.
  • Monitor usage data to support partner-led adoption efforts and ensure usage aligns with contracted terms.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of partner accounts, contacts, and interactions
  • Serve as the product expert for services within your client base.
  • Assist with inbound product-, research-, and issue-related questions from partners.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a partner-facing customer role.
  • Previous experience in financial services, financial data, or a research environment is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering and sorting large datasets), with comfort organizing, analyzing, and reconciling data.
  • Collaborative work ethic and a goal-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Ownership and accountability, with the ability to work independently and follow through on commitments.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client requests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.

Benefits

  • 20 days of Vacation
  • 8 Sick Days
  • 1 paid volunteer day
  • 10-11 Holidays a year
  • Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance
  • Company paid Life & Disability Insurance
