As Client Success Manager – Food Robotics Operations, you are responsible for operating and maintaining our robotic food production units directly at customer sites — ensuring daily readiness, seamless operation, and reliable system performance.
This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on operational success delivery, food safety, and proactive partner support. You ensure that our robotics solutions integrate smoothly into each customer’s daily operations while maintaining high service standards.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams to share operational insights and drive continuous improvement, ensuring both technical performance and customer satisfaction.
