Client Success Manager
The Client Success Manager is responsible for directly managing a small portfolio of clients (≤5), serving as the strategic brand liaison between the client and internal sales teams. In this role, they ensure client satisfaction, drive brand success, and cultivate long-term trusted relationships.In addition to owning direct client relationships, the Client Success Manager also supports a Senior Client Service Manager with an extended portfolio of clients (≤7). Acting as a collaborative partner, they assist in execution, communication, and strategic planning to ensure seamless client service delivery across all accounts.

Responsibilities
For ≤5 clients, serves as a strategic brand liaison between the client and internal sales teams, ensuring client satisfaction and brand success
Supports a senior client service manager with an extended portfolio of clients, acting as a collaborative partner to assist in execution, communication, and strategic planning to ensure seamless client service delivery
Builds foundational understanding of core brand and sales drivers and their impact on brand success
Deepens understanding and monitoring of category reviews as sales opportunities
Deepens understanding of the retail market for brand placement
Ensures all members of the selling team are engaged and contributing to brand success
Builds understanding of industry data as a sales tool, drawing conclusions to support brands in the portfolio
Provides financial monitoring and reporting by tracking monthly sales, communicating bonus opportunities, advising on retailer promotions, and delivering monthly and quarterly updates on brand sales growth and progress
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
Experience Requirements: 2-4 years experience in relevant field
Supervisor Responsibility
Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Indirect Reports: Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports
Required Knowledge and Skills
Ability to work independently with general supervision
Ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures
Ability to use prior or closely related work experience to determine possible solutions to problems
Environmental & Physical RequirementsOffice / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
