Job Description
We are looking for a Client Success Manager based in Latin America to become part of our Client Success team at Prediktive.
Prediktive is the premier Technology Business Partner for tech-enabled companies. We specialize in the execution of software product development projects and business strategic programs.
The person in this role will be responsible for facilitating client’s and team members engagement with Prediktive and ensure the satisfactory fulfillment of client’s business needs.
Responsibilities
- Act as Focal Point for assigned Clients and team members.
- Keep constant communication with Clients and team members
- Host periodic checkpoint meetings with them to ensure their needs are covered and that satisfaction levels are high
- Gather requirements for new positions and/or new services from Clients.
- Provide to the Talent Team all information and support needed to fulfill Client talent requests.
- Present candidates to Clients.
- Coordinate candidates’ interview process with Clients, with assistance from a Talent Analyst. Request interview feedback.
- Send talent onboarding approval requests to Clients.
- Send talent onboarding requests to the Head of Talent.
- Request creation of SOWs and SOW Amendments to the Legal team, as applicable.
- Discuss and manage pricing changes with Clients with input from Sales a/o Managing Director.
- Monitor the team members’ work satisfaction levels and provide insights to Clients.
- Execute Quarterly Client Satisfaction Survey for assigned Clients.
Requirements
- Advanced level of English language.
- 5+ years of experience working in technology services companies.
- 3+ years of experience doing project management of software projects, delivery management of software teams or IT recruiting.
- Great communication skills
- Problem solving skills
