The Role:
We are seeking a Client Success Manager who can manage Sciera’s contractual obligations to our clients, as well as turn ad-hoc client requests or needs into data-driven solutions. This person is comfortable gathering and interpreting large datasets, then making prompt decisions based on their findings. They are also comfortable presenting to, and communicating with top-level executives. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented, organized, and curious.
What You’ll be Doing:
50% – Analyst:
Interpret and convey operationally-driven insights derived from standard reports.
Utilize knowledge of internal databases and SQL to query and analyze data when ad hoc analysis is required.
Develop and implement internal reporting and dashboards to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.
Ensure all reports and ad-hoc analyses are accurate and error-free.
30% – Project Manager:
Manage the execution of Sciera’s annual and monthly contractual obligations to clients.
Define project timelines, allocate resources, and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful achievement of client objectives.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple clients, providing timely updates on various projects concurrently.
Collaborate closely with a team of data engineers and analysts involved in project execution.
20% – Client Strategist:
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and articulate problem statements.
Lead end-to-end solution implementation encompassing data collection, delivery, and reporting.
Qualifications:
Strong independent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
3-5 years of experience in technical project management, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
Proficiency (1-2 years) in SQL for database querying and analysis.
Comfortable interpreting and analyzing spreadsheets, charts, dashboards, or other data formats.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Capable of making informed decisions in ambiguous or dynamic situations.
Preferred background in the Telecom industry (Comcast,Charter, Cox), though not required.
