What’s the Job?
• Build customer relationships, and act as the primary point of contact during the post-sales cycle
• Manage and optimize clients’ campaigns and UA budgets
• Guarantee successful delivery of services per customers’ needs and objectives
• Collaborate with Sales & Clients teams to understand client’s KPIs and ensure the success of the campaigns
• Constantly pursue new business and account growth opportunities
• Influence the company’s strategy: product, service and other go-to-market aspects
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of Client Management experience
• Service-oriented
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented
