We're hiring a Client Success and Delivery Lead (Karachi - Night Shift)

Client company introduction:
A US-based AI consulting, technology, and staffing company serving North American clients. 

The Client Success & Delivery Lead is the primary point of contact after a project is sold, ensuring every client receives a world-class delivery experience. This role owns client onboarding, project coordination, communication, risk management, and account growth while enabling the Sales team to remain focused on acquiring new business.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the client relationship and ensure successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth.

Client Success & Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact after project award.

• Build trusted client relationships and ensure a world-class client experience.

• Manage communication, expectations, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Delivery & Coordination

• Lead project onboarding and kickoff.

• Coordinate Engineering, AI, UI/UX, QA, Cloud, and Delivery teams.

• Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery health.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Delivery Governance

• Manage scope changes and project risks.

• Lead Sales-to-Delivery handovers.

• Ensure client expectations are aligned with delivery commitments.

Account Growth

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Support renewals and expansion projects.

• Build long-term client relationships.

• Collect client testimonials and case studies.

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams.

• Drive continuous improvements in client experience and delivery processes.

• Provide regular project status and escalation updates.

Required Experience:

• 4+ years in Project Management, Customer Success, Delivery Management, or Account Management.
• Experience managing software development or technology consulting projects.

• Experience working directly with international clients.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira and ClickUp.

• Experience managing projects for US or North American clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.

• Experience with AI, cloud, or so ware development projects.

• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Understanding of SDLC, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Cloud technologies.

Location: PECHS Block 6, Park Avenue Building, Karachi

Work Days: Mon to Fri

Work Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM
