
ISS is growing! We are looking for a Client Success Consultant, to be based in Paris, have a genuine interest in the area of Sustainable and Responsible investments, with a proven track record in providing high quality client support, within the Financial Services sector.
Will you be the newest member of our Client Success team to support increasing growth?
In this role, you will be working as part of the EMEA Governance Client Success team and will be responsible for assisting our diverse range of clients across the full range of Stewardship and Governance Solutions.
As a Client Success Consultant, you would be part of a pro-proactive client services organization that provides essential support, training, and insight on ISS solutions, enabling our clients to evaluate and act on important topics facing the world today, including corporate Governance, Environmental and social (ESG) practices of the world’s leading corporations.
Are you up for the challenge?
Develop and lead long term relationships across a range of high profile, French clients
Maintain ownership of long-term client relationships, ensuring familiarity with individual set-ups and proactively manage communications
Partner closely with the Sales team to communicate up-sell opportunities, support RFP presentations and assist with contract reviews
Conduct calls/on-site visits with clients (health checks, training, relationship planning and review)
Proactively communicate and educate clients on key governance matters and administer support for ISS’s full product suite
Encourage and facilitate meetings between clients and research analysts
Assess client reporting needs and coordinate report delivery
Liaise with clients on development requests and take ownership of projects as they progress internally
Organize and lead the Due Diligence process
Support ISS’s implementation team in ensuring the correct setup is applied
What you bring
Two + years of relevant working experience in client services, preferably in a financial services role
Excellent presentational skills and inter-personal relationships
Innovative, customer-oriented thinker able to identify and execute on market opportunities
Highly systematic, organized, and prioritized approach
Absolute personal and business integrity
Native or proficiency in English and French is essential
Advantageous: knowledge and understanding of Investment Stewardship and Responsible Investment and market infrastructure, including regulatory drivers such as SRD2
