The Client Success Administrator (CSA) serves as a critical operational partner to the Client Success, Implementation, Billing, and Finance teams. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate client setup, billing readiness, invoice integrity, case management and documentation, and operational support throughout the client lifecycle. The CSA acts as the bridge between client-facing teams and internal departments, helping drive revenue accuracy, process consistency, and an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client account administration activities, ensuring accuracy of client data, documentation, and system records.
• Support the client onboarding and implementation process by coordinating requirements, tracking milestones, and facilitating successful handoffs to operational teams.
• Review, validate, and reconcile billing data to ensure accurate invoicing and timely issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve billing inquiries, discrepancies, and service-related requests in partnership with internal stakeholders. |
• Maintain client account documentation to support operational readiness and audit requirements.
• Create, manage, and monitor cases within Salesforce, ensuring requests are complete, properly routed, and resolved within established service levels.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Implementation, Finance, Billing, Collections, and Operations teams to resolve client and operational issues.
• Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business decisions, operational performance, and revenue accuracy.
• Conduct internal account reviews and identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and data integrity.
• Serve as a trusted operational resource for Client Success Managers by providing administrative support that enhances client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client support, customer success operations, billing administration, account management, or a related field.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to identify process improvements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Client Success, Implementation, Finance, Billing, Collections, and Operations teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with workflow automation tools and process improvement initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Advanced Salesforce experience.
• Experience supporting invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, or revenue operations processes.
• Experience working in a high-growth, client-service-focused environment.
