What’s the role?
As a Client Strategy Manager, your mission will be to (1) understand Maisons & Market key challenges, (2) help Maisons set a clear vision and define their client strategy, (3) formulate recommendations and translate them into feasible action plans, (4) measure the impact and iterate on solutions provided if needed.
What You will do?
Collaborate with Maisons to understand their strategic objectives, business goals, and Client needs. Focus will be given to HNWI / High end client engagement strategies. Summarize complex and varied information from numerous inputs into cohesive, compelling stories thanks to presentations, KPIs, analysis, and more. Focus will be given to compile information and insights about HNWI and their behaviors. Leverage design-driven model to bring ideas to life, taking into consideration market understanding, capabilities, financial inputs & outputs, feasibility, etc. Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions Create compelling visual representations, including journey maps, personas, and prototypes, to communicate design concepts and strategies effectively Focus will be given to compile an internal publication on the HNWI / High end client engagement strategies. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions Identify key best practices within Maisons and Industry to create awareness in the Richemont Client Community Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to Maisons based on Market best practices and emerging trends Set the appropriate KPIS and measurement protocols to follow through the impact of initiatives.

You will be part of the Richemont Group Marketing Department working closely with all Richemont Maisons and corporate departments. You will be joining the Client Marketing practice that leads the Client centricity transformation.
You will integrate a dynamic, multi-disciplinary, forward thinking & experienced team blending activation, Client & Sales Experience, Marketing Science, Data & AI, etc.
This experience will provide you a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge of client data use cases & priorities within the luxury industry.
