Job Description

What's the role?

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for creative media planning and facilitating impactful workshops? We are looking for a Client Strategy Manager to drive innovation, build comprehensive media plans, and lead client conversations. This is a hands-on creative strategy role where you’ll get more ownership, more variety, and more stage time than most agency or publisher roles at the same level.

We’re looking for a rising creative strategist who wants to move beyond supporting roles and start leading thinking — someone excited by the challenge of turning briefs (big and small) into powerful, sellable ideas that make brands and audiences lean in.

About the role
This role is about ideas, clarity and energy.
You’ll sit at the heart of our Strategy & Solutions team, leading creative and insight-driven thinking across a high volume of agency and client briefs.
You will:

  • Lead the development of insight-led, idea-first responses to briefs from major agency partners and brand clients
  • Turn constraints (tight budgets, limited product sets) into creative springboards, not limitations
  • Help shape big organising ideas, cultural hooks and strategic narratives that sales teams can confidently take to market
  • Present strategy internally and co-present in agency and client settings, with increasing ownership of sections and pitches over time
  • Work closely with Sales, Product and Digital teams to ensure ideas are grounded and actionable
  • Contribute to workshops, Access Sessions and collaborative strategy sessions
  • As you grow in the role, you’ll also start to:
  • Build and refine tools, frameworks and repeatable ways of working that lift the quality and speed of thinking across the team

Who are you?

You might currently be:

  • A mid-level agency strategist ready to own more of the thinking
  • A connections, comms or cultural planner who wants more creative influence and faster exposure
  • A junior publisher strategist who wants to raise the ambition of their work

Experience we are looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in developing creative media strategies and comprehensive media plans.
  • Strong ability to design and lead interactive client workshops.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to turn complex briefs into simple, high-impact ideas.
  • Experience working on brand, communications or media strategy
  • Ability to translate audience or cultural insight into clear strategic direction
  • Collaborative, curious, and results-driven approach.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing creative media strategies and comprehensive media plans.
  • Strong ability to design and lead interactive client workshops.
  • Creative, idea-first mindset with the ability to turn complex briefs into simple, high-impact narratives.
