About this Position

The Territory Sales Manager reports to the VP Client Solutions and is responsible for Client Solutions product marketing and growth of reps engaged and monthly sales volumes for all Client Solutions products in the designated region. The candidate functions as a liaison between the Primerica sales force and the Primerica Home office regarding Client Solutions products. Communicates with high level internal and external company officials and field leaders, prepares production reports and presentations for upper management, trains and communicates product features, enhancements, process changes and improvements to the Primerica sales force via formal presentations, virtual and onsite training meetings and print materials. The Territory Sales Manager coordinates product meetings, announcements, and makes presentations, and speaks in front of large audiences frequently.
This Territory Sales Manager is responsible for Florida, Puerto Rico, Arizona, Nevada and Utah, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas.

The estimated salary range for this role is: $100k - $105k

The ideal candidate for this role must be willing and able to accommodate the travel as required for needs of the role, be comfortable speaking in front of large audiences and occasionally work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends per the needs of the business. Additionally, the ideal candidate will need to be located in Georgia.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Communicate with high internal and external company officials and field members
  • Trains on all Client Solutions products – their benefits, processes, compensation
  • Communicates product/process enhancements to the Primerica sales force via formal presentations, webinars, calls and print material
  • Must meet activity expectations to achieve goals set forth by management
  • Serve as a key liaison to the field for all Client Solutions needs
  • Work closely with and support other wholesaler teams at Primerica
  • Create and deliver effective sales presentations (live, webinars, conf calls, combination) to promote Client Solutions and the benefits it brings to a RVP building a business and new reps making money fast
  • Responsible for ongoing support for the field for all client solutions products
  • Assist VP Client Solutions on projects, special initiatives as requested
  • Travel offsite to Company and Field sponsored events to present promotional and educations materials, work booths, etc.
  • Grow the RVPs participating in Client Solutions
  • Grow the Client Solutions product sales
  • Grow the Client Solutions repeat business- reps doing multiple sales monthly
  • Protect the company’s authority to do business by complying with legal and ethical standards, policies and procedures
  • Become familiar with license and certification requirements in the region for all Client Solutions products

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent public speaking skills

  • Lives in territory with access to major airport

Job Requirements:

  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • 3+ years financial wholesaling experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in developing client and field communications/presentations
  • Experience in developing client and field training programs
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and on-line systems used by Primerica
