Team Introduction
The Client Solutions team is responsible for leading the development of TikTok’s commercial strategy in Brazil, ensuring full alignment with the company’s global directives while adapting them to the specific needs and dynamics of the local market. Our scope includes the governance of key strategic growth pillars, the management of performance metrics and KPIs, the monitoring of product adoption, and the consolidation of strategic insights to support executive-level decision-making. We also work closely with cross-functional and sales teams, with a strong focus on fostering a performance-driven culture, accelerating product education, and ensuring that TikTok’s most effective solutions are applied to meet our clients’ business goals.
As a Client Solutions Intern, you will play a key supporting role in the day-to-day operations of the Client Solutions team at TikTok Brazil. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation and maintenance of internal dashboards, monitoring key performance metrics, and building new reporting views to help track product adoption and business performance.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Your responsibilities will also include:
- Supporting internal control processes and data organization.
- Providing day-to-day support to the Client Solutions team across key operational and strategic tasks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear, accurate, and structured reporting.
- Assisting in the execution of operational and financial workflows (e.g., budget tracking, purchase orders, internal documentation).
- Participating in office-hours sessions to support the sales team by answering questions and clarifying product-related metrics.
- Helping prepare strategic materials and analytical reports for business reviews and leadership forums.
