Global Business Solutions (GBS) is responsible for the commercialization of global products led by TikTok. We provide integrated digital marketing solutions for global brands and advertisers, covering functions such as regional sales, sales operations, channel management, commercial strategy, B2B marketing, marketing science, commercial partnerships, and commercial content safety.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

- Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Social Media, Email, SEO/SEM).
- E-Commerce Operations: Monitor product listings, user experience flows, and inventory management on our e-commerce platforms.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data tools to track campaign performance and consumer behavior, providing actionable insights to the management team.
- Project Management: Take ownership of specific sub-projects, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
- Market Research: Analyze competitors and international market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
