About TubeScience

TubeScience is a performance growth engine powering multi-billion-dollar paid social programs across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and more. We partner with leading DTC brands and Fortune 500 companies to drive measurable business outcomes through strategic insight, rapid creative production, and full-funnel media buying.

Our platform combines human expertise with proprietary AI for creative development, predictive testing, and real-time performance optimization, helping brands launch, learn, and scale faster.

Founded in 2016, TubeScience is profitable, independent, and purpose-built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow.

We’re seeking a highly capable, hands-on Executive Operations Partner to create operating leverage for the Client Solutions area. You’ll partner closely with Client Solutions leaders to prepare executive-ready and client ready materials.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work confidently with data and analytics, translating information into clear, accurate, and polished client-facing materials.

Success in this role means enabling Client Solutions leaders to spend more time on strategy, client relationships, and solving business challenges by creating greater clarity, consistency, and follow-through across the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce Executive-Ready Client Materials: Create, format, and quality-check client-facing presentations in Google Slides and written communications using established narratives, templates, and data. Ensure every deliverable is accurate, polished, consistent, and appropriate for professional client interactions.
  • Support Cross-Functional Follow-Through: Help coordinate inputs across cross-functional teams, track dependencies, surface blockers, follow up with stakeholders, and help ensure commitments are completed on time.
  • Quality-Assure Deliverables: Review presentations and documents for accuracy, consistency, logic, grammar, formatting, and alignment with brand standards. Identify inconsistencies, gaps, and outstanding questions before materials reach clients.
  • Maintain Team Infrastructure: Organize shared files, templates, meeting notes, and operating documentation so teams can quickly find, reuse, and maintain critical materials.
  • Anticipate Needs and Support Execution: Proactively support Client Solutions leaders by managing operating rhythms, prioritizing evolving needs, and keeping critical workstreams moving. Help coordinate meeting preparation, agendas, materials, logistics, decision tracking, action items, and follow-through

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in executive operations, business operations, executive support, project coordination, administrative support within a strategy consulting firm, or a similar role in a high-expectation environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control, with a track record of producing accurate, polished work in environments where quality matters.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear, accurate written communications and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated excellence in creating and formatting executive-ready presentations in Google Slides and PowerPoint; a portfolio or practical exercise will be requested.
  • Internal executive-facing presence: calm, mature, responsive, tactful, and comfortable following up firmly when action is needed.
  • A hands-on mindset and strong bias toward action.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams across time zones.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information and client matters.
  • Experience in or interest in marketing is a plus, along with the curiosity to understand the material, identify inconsistencies, and ask thoughtful questions.

About TubeScience

As one of the fastest growing startups in Los Angeles, we're revolutionizing the way in which companies approach successful video advertising. Our team of award-winning Producers, Editors, Directors, Engineers, and Performance Marketing Managers are building a global studio where we can conceptualize, shoot, and produce hundreds of videos per day. Unlike traditional advertising agencies that pitch creative concepts for companies, hope they will perform, and outsource filming, we design videos that are guaranteed to convert. We use data to guide our creative process and leverage testing and analysis to make adjustments to react to users in real-time.

What's atypical about the company:

We're fast and data-driven: our teams develop concepts in the morning, shoot/edit in the afternoon, launch in the evening, and iterate the next day based on real-world performance.

We’re a behavioral R&D lab at the core: We put 2,000+ video experiments per week, watched by tens of millions of people per day, that give us deep insights into how people make decisions. Over the past couple years, we’ve built an enormous library of IP around human behavior and visual communication.

We work on a pure pay for performance basis. Zero production fees for video. Clients only pay us if our videos outperform anything they’re running internally.
