Job Description
The Client Solutions team is responsible for driving campaign success and client growth, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. The team partners with leading agencies and brands across Europe to educate, inform, and support them as TikTok continues to evolve as a key advertising platform.
This Fixed Term Contract role will focus on the Commerce verticals (incl Retail, Fashion, QSR, Auto & Tech), supporting local and international clients across different stages of maturity and helping them scale their investment, improve performance, and unlock the full value of TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Build and progressively grow client portfolios by identifying and securing win-win business opportunities across the sales cycle, including acquisition, retention, and upsell.
- Execute effectively against KPI metrics, targets, goals, and strategic objectives set by the management team.
- Educate clients and agencies on TikTok products, company updates, platform best practices, and relevant solutions for their business needs.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions focused on measurable business results for client partners.
- Support the team in managing relationships with key clients and agency partners across media, creative, and marketing teams.
- Help clients and agencies understand product solutions and best practices to grow existing business and improve campaign performance.
- Plan media activations and maintain an accurate record of pending, active, and upcoming campaign plans.
- Support the management of campaign schedules, budgets, and ad placement availability.
- Work with product and campaign execution teams to ensure ad specifications, rates, setup, reporting, and optimization are accurate and aligned with client objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clear reporting and optimization recommendations.
