Client Solutions Team at TikTok helps nurture accounts through high-touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross-functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market-level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Senior Client Solutions Manager to lead client success for Beauty Clinic, Retail & Emerging Verticals. This role requires a strong understanding of advertiser goals and the ability to translate them into effective full-funnel solutions across Lead Generation, App, Messaging Ad solutions. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, client leadership, and hands-on campaign expertise to help clients grow sustainably on TikTok.

Responsibilities

- Own and grow strategic relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor on business growth and media strategy.

- Plan, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns across branding and performance objectives, ensuring strong delivery and measurable business outcomes.

- Understand client business models, customer journeys, and commercial priorities to provide relevant, consultative solutions for both online and offline conversion goals.

- Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and measurement data to generate actionable insights and optimization recommendations tied to client KPIs.

- Lead regular business reviews, campaign reviews, and quarterly planning sessions to strengthen client trust, identify opportunities, and influence investment strategy.

- Partner closely with Sales to support pre-sale strategy, account planning, client pitches, and growth opportunities across key verticals.

- Identify upsell opportunities by connecting client business needs with TikTok solutions that can unlock incremental growth.

- Work cross-functionally with Product, Measurement, Ad Ops, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, improve campaign execution, and advocate for client needs.

- Stay ahead of product developments and proactively educate clients on new and existing TikTok ad products, best practices, and relevant market opportunities.

- Build category-specific playbooks, solution frameworks, and best practices for Beauty Clinic, Retail, and Emerging verticals.
