We are seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our Consumer Goods team, as a team you will be responsible for driving growth for performance advertisers in Beauty vertical, an exciting client base for this region! You will work alongside a Brand Partnership Manager to support your book of business.
In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our platform and our partners, moving beyond simple account management to become a trusted business advisor. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to analyze complex metrics and unique platform data, translating them into compelling narratives that maximize ROI. By proactively monitoring campaign performance and aligning platform solutions with client marketing initiatives, you will exceed expectations and secure future investment.
Responsibilities:
- Advertiser growth: manage long-term relationships and partner with the sales team on media strategy to scale advertiser investment and deliver against business goals.
- Product adoption: drive the adoption of our multiple advertising formats and measurement solutions, ensuring campaigns are implemented using best practices while working with product teams to troubleshoot technical issues and guide platform strategy.
- Data analysis & optimization: demonstrate deep analytical expertise by monitoring proprietary metrics to identify real-time optimization opportunities that improve campaign efficiency and performance.
- Strategic consulting: translate performance data into actionable business insights and compelling narratives to present during business reviews and regular meetings with your clients.
- Measurement expertise : scale account growth through annual measurement strategies (Learning Agenda) and tactical studies to prove TikTok impact on and offline.
